Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- accountable for supporting the Head of People in the development and execution of total rewards and performance philosophies and strategies, frameworks and policies to drive optimal organizational behavior
- participate in the development and implementation of the compensation and benefits framework, policies and procedures, and manage the day-to-day C&B tasks to ensure they are compliant with statutory requirements
- assist in the development and implementation of performance management and rewards (monetary and non-monetary) programmes that attract and retain talent and drive high performing culture
- developing and managing pay structures, salary survey and benchmarking management
- assist in various C&B operation (e.g., insurance and outsourced vendor renewal, HR audit, compensation & benefits database management, HR cost monitoring and forecasting)
- Coordinate compensation-related processes, including but not limited to salary planning, bonus planning, annual staff cost budget planning , Prepare various reports, proposals and presentation decks
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources field and at least 5 years at management level.
- Familiar with the Employment Ordinance / Employee Compensation Ordinance and other related regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive with organizing and leadership skills.
- Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant People Manager
