Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Contributing to our Talent Development solutions for our workforce in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business which spans across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Cambodia, this role will:

  • Support the design of and lead the delivery of innovative and practical learning solutions within any area of the full Learning and Development cycle (from organisation analysis and training materials development to program implementation and evaluation) to support business needs
  • Responsible for training needs analysis, annual training plan/ calendar, training contents preparation and delivery, and training results evaluation
  • Work as a trainer or facilitator of online or in-person training courses and provide training advisory support to departments
  • Take ownership of employee onboarding process together with Employee Experienced & Employer Branding and HR Operations teams
  • Manage the development and implementation of Performance & Development Review cycle
  • Identify external consultants to deliver development course/event objectives and contents
  • Support in developing and managing mechanism and processes of leadership assessment and development, trainee development, succession planning, employee mobility, competency models, organisational design, career map, and other career development initiatives
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience and Employer Branding team to build an engaging organisation culture and brand
  • Identify and study talent development analytics, as well as propose solutions for the implications
  • Research on the latest learning approaches/tools to enhance learning experiences
  • Enhance Talent Development team’s overall effectiveness, policies, and procedures
  • Responsible for supporting the annual performance and development review process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology/Behaviour, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training contents development and delivery, talent assessment and development, and performance and development review cycle
  • Proven track record in training delivery of talent development initiatives or processes
  • Experienced in supporting the development of Learning and Development tools involving management and soft skills for employees
  • Experienced in instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge in end-to-end talent development process, e.g. organisational and individual needs analysis, learning offerings’ design and delivery, and learning metrics and assessment, preferably for both multi-national office and manufacturing work setting
  • A passion for culture building, organisation development, and making a difference in the workplace
  • An effective team player; feel comfortable to partner with multi-cultural teams
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced in photo and video editing, preferably using Adobe suite and/or Canva
  • Preferable - Good data visualisation skills, using e.g. Power BI/Tableau
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin - both verbal and written
