Our client, a Japanese food service company is looking for candidates HR & Admin Assistant roles.

Company Location:           Kowloon side 

Working Days:                   Mon-Fri 

Company Business:           Japanese F&B company 

Languages Required:        Cantonese, English, Mandarin 

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist in day-to-day human resources operations including, interview arrangements, tracking application status and progress, training, preparing employment contract etc
• Monitor the stock of uniform
• Assist in preparation of attendance reports
• Provide ad hoc support as required on daily administration
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cantonese and English  *Japanese skill would be a strong advantage
• Experiences in office work  *Fresh Graduate Welcome
