Job Responsibilities:

• Perform documents checking
• Provide clerical and administrative support, such as processing office mail, data entry, filing and scanning and daily office administration work
• Manage Office supplies and place orders
• Occasional errands for eg. bank deposits, document submission etc.

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• 1 - 2 years administration and/or accounting experience
• English and Chinese writing and typing skills are essential.
• Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
• Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, able to work with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds
• Immediate available is highly preferred 

We offer attractive remuneration packages to the right candidate, including basic salary (13 months for Full Time role), 5-day work per week/ Pay rate at $70-$90/hr for Part time role at flexible work hours.
