Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in all-rounded C&B functions, including payroll, taxation, leave management, final payment, pension scheme administration, employee’s compensation
- Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in a timely manner
- Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year' HR experience with focus in C&B is preferred
- Well-versed with the HK employment legislation, and have payroll knowledge in HR system is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, co-operative, careful and detail-minded
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Immediate available is an advantage
