Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all rounded HR administrative duties but not limited to recruitment, new staff orientation, leave and attendance administration, staff contract preparation, compensation and benefits
• Proactively assist in end-to-end recruitment service including sourcing quality candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, recommending potential candidates and maintaining up-to-date candidate databases
• Follow-up and monitor staff movements, headcounts, including prepare contracts, completion of probation, the documentation of exit interviews and termination
• Update and maintain a good HR filing system and HRIS
• Manage staff attendance and leave records
• Consolidate HR-related reports for management review
• Assist in the execution of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in various company development HR projects

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma holder or above experience in HR/Business related disciplines
• 1 year of experience in HR or related experience is preferable
• Energetic, self-confidence and good communication skills in logical thinking
• Eager to learn and to gain China HR exposure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel is a MUST
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferable
• Fresh graduate is also considered
