Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily human resources operations including data entry, scanning and filing, 
  • Maintain and update staff leave application and personnel file
  • Interview arrangement 
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in HR or Admin Dept. background
  • Strong numerical sense, and good at data handling
  • Good typing skill (both Chinese & English) is an advantage 
  • Good English and Mandarin 
  • Immediate/ short notice period available is highly preferred
