The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high calibre professional to join our Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling end to end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
• Screen CVs, handle complex interviews scheduling, conduct interviews as well as coordinate on-boarding processes
• Handle staff enquiries and work closely with various Departments in response to their hiring & staffing needs
• Support in organizing recruitment activities & events e.g. job fairs
• Maintain HR database and filling system
• Prepare and compile various statistics and reports
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder majored in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• With at least 4 years of solid working experience in HR field
• Candidates with less solid experience will be considered as Assistant Grade
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
• Detail-minded, efficient, and service-oriented
• Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good Interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at different levels
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Windows and Chinese word-processing
• Candidate with HRIS experiences would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
