Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of office administrative support
• Handle administrative works and liaison works for users requests
• Manage and coordinate vendors for quotation acquisition
• Handle internal procurement process of IT related solution
• Coordinate with end-users and IT colleagues for project implementation
• Manage vendor contracts, billing and contract renewal
• Documentation for daily operation and user manual
• Plan and organize events
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experiences
• Previous experience in IT related work will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good team player with highly committed and self-driven personality
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage
• Working Location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
