Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Trading LED lighting for worldwide market with small office in Hong Kong
- We are looking for OFFICE ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide all round support to the small trading office
- Handle mailing and other office administrative work
- Order & control stationery and office supplies
- Assist in trade documents
- Handle in and out courier
- Handle phone calls
- Some outdoor work for urgent cases like go to banks
- F.5 graduate
- Over 3 years work experience in office environment
- PC knowledge
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Very few OT work is required
