Scope & responsibilities include:

• To provide administrative support to the CEO and the R&D Team;
• To draft meeting notes and reports;
• To prepare presentation and marketing materials;
• To assist in budgeting, accounting, and documentation;
• To assist in Office operation;
• To assist in Project management;
• To assist in liaising with external and internal parties;
• To attend the meeting and event with the CEO from time to time and follow up with parties involved;
• To assist in market research and event/workshop/seminar;
• Any other ad hoc duties whenever deemed necessary Participate in R&D and clinical research projects for the company’s products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
• 1-2 year working experiences are preferable;
• Proficient in Microsoft office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe software;
• Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced working environment;
• Familiar with website and social media (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) management will be an advantage.
