Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of the Training and Development department
  • Identify training needs, formulate strategies and deliver corporate learning and development programs to achieve development goals
  • Source and liaise with external service providers in program design and delivery
  • Tracking on the learning progress, evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights to drive enhancement
  • Responsible to mange annual training calendar, management reports and annual budget planning
  • Provide support on other corporate events or meetings as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in delivering corporate training in sizable companies 
  • Strong business acumen and able to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
