Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the Training and Development department
- Identify training needs, formulate strategies and deliver corporate learning and development programs to achieve development goals
- Source and liaise with external service providers in program design and delivery
- Tracking on the learning progress, evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights to drive enhancement
- Responsible to mange annual training calendar, management reports and annual budget planning
- Provide support on other corporate events or meetings as assigned
- Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in delivering corporate training in sizable companies
- Strong business acumen and able to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
