Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and updating system operation manual
• Work closely with internal parties to provide user support
• Provide clerical & administration support to the department
• Maintain software licenses and keep the record updated
• Arrange hardware repair and follow up tasks
• Assist in ad-hoc user supporting tasks

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above; academic background in IT related disciplines is an advantage
• Preferably with 2 years' working experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• A responsible team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent
• Fresh graduates will also be considered

 The working location is at Kwun Tong (King Yip Street).
