We are a real estate group focusing on commercial and retail property investment mainly in the territory. To cope with the recent growth of the group, we are seeking high caliber candidate to fill the following position.

Manager - HR & Administration

Job Duties:

  1. Direct report to Executive Vice President and fully responsible for HR & Admin works.
  2. Provide full spectrum of professional HR functions on recruitment & selection, staff performance management and staff retention etc
  3. Formulate and implement appropriate procurement strategies for high-quality and cost-efficient purchases and sourcing of supplies, equipment and services
  4. Responsible for providing support in office administration and management functions such as leave and attendance records, orientation, compensation & benefits, all insurance renewals, office supplies and maintenance, oversee IT administration
  5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate of Business Administration / Human Resources Management or equivalent
  2. 8-10 years relevant working experience with 4-5 years as managerial role
  3. Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
  4. Strong management skills and ability to negotiate, analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  5. Well – versed in HK Employment & MPF Ordinances and other related regulations
  6. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
  7. Task – oriented, have a high level of responsibility and good communication skills
          Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
