Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of administration functions and office support
• To assist all company projects
• To assist and attend all local trade shows
• Maintain records for office supplies and services order expenses, basic accounting duties
  
• Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repair & maintenance
• Handle business trip arrangement
• Handle senior management’s private matters
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
  
• Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience
• Strong PC knowledge such as MS office & Chinese word processing
• Multi-tasking skills, hardworking, mature, independent, energetic, good interpersonal ,communication skills and attentive to details
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
  
• Working experience in jewelry industry or event management is highly preferred
• Immediate available is preferred
