Job Description

THE JOB :
- Luxurious serviced apartments for the modern working population
- We are located in HKU station, Olympic station and Kai Tak station
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform daily customer service
- Handle sales enquiries and show the serviced apartments to guests
- Turn the sales enquiries to successful deals
- Be an ambassador for supporting the lifestyle living experience for residents
- Assist in the daily operation of the serviced apartments when required
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Work experience in hospitality / tourism / hotels / serviced apartment is an advantage
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Paid sick leave
- 13 months salary
- Two options staff can choose : (1) 10:30am - 7:30pm; OR (2) 8:00pm - 6:00am
- 6 days off per month
