Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of Human Resources services including but not limited talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits matters and related HR administrations
• Process monthly payroll, payments, taxation, pension, insurance and benefits administration.
• Perform full cycle of recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, conducting interview, proposing offer, HRIS setup and maintenance
• Act as our Community Relations Representative to arrange and conduct various plant visits in coordination with various government departments, education institutes, green groups and local/overseas visitors.
• Facilitate succession planning initiatives, such as Apprenticeship and Internship Program
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related discipline

• Minimum of 4 years’ solid experience in Talent Acquisition and C&B administration gained from sizable companies with a solid knowledge in SAP Success Factor is a MUST
• Well-versed in both HK employment ordinance and tax regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Agile, detail-minded and a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
