Job description and responsibilities
-Independently handle of C&B, recruitment and administration matters
-Motor vehicles management and routines
-Plan, formulate and execute people related policies
-Developed training and staffing materials
-Drive company initiatives and manage projects
-Facilitate on-going communication across all levels and promote employee engagement
-Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal & etc.
-Co-ordinate and organize company activities and event

Requirement
-Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Administration or related disciplines
-At least 5 to 8 years relevant working experience
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
-Hardworking, responsible, self-organized with good sense of judgement
-Immediate available preferred
