Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded HR support to HR Manager, include but not limited to compensation & benefits, MPF administration, recruitment and employee relations
• Perform attendance and leave management
• Responsible for staff on boarding and off boarding arrangement
•  Prepare HR letters, notices, emails and ad-hoc reports
• Handle in payroll administration
• Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to HR department
• Handle employee HR related general enquires 
• Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc.

Requirements:

•  HKDSE / Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources  gained in sizable company or fast-paced environment is preferred
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong;
• Detail-oriented, good in numbers and analytical skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good PC knowledge especially in MS Excel and MS Office
• With Health/Beauty Industry working background is highly preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be consider as Human Resource Officer
