Job Description
• Identify client objectives to ensure client satisfaction
• Answer calls from client’s questions and interest in our services
• Provide high quality of customer services
Job Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 1 year in customer service or related disciplines
• Customer oriented and inquiry handling skills are required
• Good team player, positive and energetic
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• IANG and Fresh Graduates are also welcome
