Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts, product proposals and specifications
- Organize and update the computer database
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to collect payments and arrange delivery
- Handle complaint and replacement cases
- Support sales team in all kinds of clerical work before and after- sales
- Assist showroom operation when necessary
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Diploma or above
Skills:
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Diligent and meticulous
- Eager to learn, flexible with good team spirit
