Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the whole cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping and market insights to hiring manager
- Prepare and compile various statistics and reports
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Recruitment agency background are also welcome
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
- Passion in developing long-term career in Talent Acquisition
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
