Job Description

Job duties

  • Manage concierge counters in our portfolios and to provide premium customer services to tenants, customers and the public
  • Answer enquiries from guests
  • Assist in general administration and clerical work
  • Handle venue setup of company event

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service industry. Candidate with hospitality, aviation and tourism background is preferred.
  • Good command of Chinese and English language, basic pc skills.
  • Willing to work shifts
