Household Manager /Butler 私人助理/管家- HK$30K - HK$46K)+bonus, 6day!

Our client is a private asset management group who is looking for a Household Manager / Butler to handle the Director's personal & family matters:

Job Duties:

• Handle Director's family's personal and household matters and secretarial support
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and  answer incoming calls and general enquiries
• Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper & company drivers
• Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members
• Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement. 
• Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above  years or more relevant experience handling personal and household matters 
• 3 years or more relevant experience handling personal matters 
• Good in speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Stable working history
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
• Willing to travel with Director occasionally 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
