About the Company  

Our client is an International Luxury Retail MNC. To cope with market recovery, they are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to enforce and support the daily HR best practices within the organisation. 

  
About the Role

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide HR Advisory services related to Talent Acquisition, Policies Reviews, Employee Relations and general HR Administrative duties. You will assist management in building a solid HR structure and further plan the business / talent expansion, and organisational development strategies for the upcoming years. Daily job duties will include budget planning, recruitment, talent review exercise, and on/off-boarding; Ad-hoc projects will be assigned as needed. 

The successful candidate will serve as a Brand Ambassador and your mission will be to drive the company growth via rolling out HR initiatives and acting as the HR first in-charge.   

Requirements:  

• Degree holder with 6 years relevant HR experience, ideally from a fast-growing retailers or any sizeable MNCs  
• Exposure in B2C Retail businesses will be an advantage. 
• Good business acumen with track record on anchoring HR practices to a growing company 
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with top management
• Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
