• Assist in formulating and implementing overall service strategies to ensure that service goals and targets are effectively and efficiently achieved
• Support the procurement and tendering process and handle the entire procurement cycle ranging from specifications review, sourcing, negotiation with suppliers, preparation of tender documents, tender assessment, contract award to monitoring the delivery of goods and services
• Plan and prepare the project proposal and implement new projects including organizing activities and services development, monitor the progress and improvement made
• Execute system software development projects, including but not limited to contacting vendors, requirements collection and testing, preparation and maintenance before and after system release
• Prepare service and management reports, statistics, analysis and documentation
• Supervise a team and perform related tasks within the department
• Handle ad-hoc projects and work assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant
• Minimum 3 year’s experiences with at least 1 year supervisory or management experiences, fleet management, customer service or social service experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese and good project management skills
• Detail mind, aggressive, self-motivated, able to meet different challenges and work under pressure
