Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing, and assessing the right candidates
• Perform interviews & selection process for candidates, manage and organize the internal information resources
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
• Maintain the relationship with existing clients to build an overall rapport for extensive business relations
• Provides support for ad-hoc reporting requests as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• You have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Sourcing experience is good to have.
• You are highly detail-oriented and have great organizational skills. You are reliable in staying on top of multiple competing demands.
• You have experience in initiating and running recruitment events. You are someone who likes to be present in the community and proudly share about career opportunities.
• You are creative and have a strong track record of finding ways to build up the candidate pipeline and identify top talent.
• You are personable and you understand how the small personal touches lead to the greater picture of providing a great candidate experience.
• You are spirited and enjoy building team camaraderie. You believe in creating a great, positive, and encouraging environment at work.
