TRAINING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the organization to conduct orientation programs;
• Handle routine logistic arrangements such as classroom set-up and manage training records;
• Assist to coordinate and identify training areas, speakers and engaging participants;
• Assist the training program managers in the organization of various training programs, and prepare for the training materials;
• Coordinate with external training consultants/providers;
• Organize and execute training events and programmes on business related skills open to companies and practitioners,
• Provide customer service and administrative support to the organization
  

 Job Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline;
• Minimum one year administration or customer support experience preferably gained in any multinational conglomerates;
• Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; 
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin shall be an asset);
• Able to prioritize and multitasking under a fast paced environment;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work independently
