We are searching for high-calibre IT Administrative Assistants  to work in a back-office project team in a Major Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the project managers.
• Arrange regular progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Prepare management progress reports and Excel reports for the managers.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or other related discipline.
• Desire to develop a career in major bank.
• Familiar with MS Excel & Word and Chinese word processing.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Good communications skills in English and Chinese.
• Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
