Responsibilities

• Conduct search, source, screen, and identify potential candidates through various online resources and platforms to match client's hiring needs
• Conduct in-person/video/phone interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interview and offer stages
• Provide support to senior consultants

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Candidates with 1+ working experience 
• Candidates with a sales and sociable personality 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Computer skills such as MS Office, Windows, Email and typing 
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
