Job Description
Our client is one of the top financial institutions in the world. Due to business needs, they are looking for a High Calibre Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (1 year renewable contract)
Job Duties
- Provide end-to-end Talent Acquisition support to fulfill business needs
- Source candidates from different channels including proactive search in social media
- Provide professional advice to departments on selection process and decision
- Manage the delivery and quality of external recruitment services providers
- Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- University graduate in related disciplines
- Solid Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in Financial Services sector would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication in Chinese and English
