Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support;
• Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
• Prepare and compile presentation materials, reports and agendas for meetings;
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties;
• Prepare document and maintain good filing system;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years secretarial / administration experience in sizable organization;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Presentable, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Immediate available would be an advantageous.
