Our client is a well-known electronic components wholesalers MNC, they are seeking for a Sales Coordinator as part of their team in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative and clerical support to Sales Manager and Sales Team
• Handle order process, quotation, quality claims and payment issues
• Communicate with suppliers and customers on order requirements
• Update delivery schedule and handle inquiries for order management
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English        
• Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with good organizational skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
