Our client, a reputable Japanese restaurant chain, is seeking for a HR staff to support their new business set up in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including, interview arrangements, tracking application status and progress, training, preparing employment contract, etc
• Monitor the stock of uniform
• Assist in preparation of attendance reports
• Provide ad hoc support as required on daily administration
• Saturday, Sunday or Holiday duty may be required (1-2 times/ month)

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 1 year working experience in HR field.  Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).  Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Willing to listen and eager to take up multiple tasks in start-up environment
