HR Assistant Manager/ Lead (30k - 45k) - HRBP/ HR Generalist
Our client is a well-established and reputable company listed in Hong Kong. They have a growing business in APAC. They are looking for an energetic, flexible, and independent HRBP. He/ she will act as a key person to provide end-to-end HR services across the departments.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business units and provide professional HR solutions for TA and retention, C&B, employee relations and staff enquiries from all levels of employees.
- Liaise with stakeholders on HR strategic planning, manpower allocation, HR costing and budgeting, etc. in order to cope with the business growth
- Review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation
- Enhance communication channels between management and employees by organizing effective employee relation programs
- Assist in preparing various analysis and reports for management review and participate in any HR projects as required
Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 4 years working experience as an HRBP or Generalist
- Strong business acumen and experience in strategy development and change management;
- Knowledge of various areas of human resources with in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labour law and employment practices;
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and capability to work independently.
Talent Acquisition Lead/ Manager (up to 60k)
We're now hiring Talent Acquisition Lead/ Managers for our clients.
Our client is expanding the Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers for leading and advising talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy to hire great talents at all levels;
- Work closely with business partners and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and to develop strategies;
- Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels;
- Conduct interviews together by using structured assessment tools and techniques;
- Give feedback and offer the right candidates;
- Share meaningful market data, employment trends, and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline;
- 6+ years full cycle recruitment experience, in-house experience is a big plus;
- Experience in salary benchmarking;
- Experience in any tracking tools for productivity;
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
