Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executive
- Manage and coordinate the daily calendars and meetings
- Arrange travel reservations including flight reservations, hotel and car bookings
- Prepare reports and presentation materials
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in business, economics, statistics or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Excellent command in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is essential
- High sense of responsibility, with good communication and interpersonal skills
