In this role, you will perform:

• Assist in handling secretarial duty to management, and full spectrum of HR & Administration functions such as Compensation and Benefits, recruitment, employee attendance, leave record etc;
• Perform system data entry and personnel record filing, prepare employment contract, new joiners’ on-boarding logistics and off boarding process;
• Responsible for annual office HR budget monitoring;
• Maintain HR system and filing system accurately and effectively

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 3 years all rounded HR and administration experience preferred;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications; 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
