Job Descriptions:

• Handle benefits administration such as leave, medical, insurances, retirement benefits and so on, regular coordination with brokers or insurance vendors 
• Meet with and explain to staff on long service and/or severance payment settlement.
• Administer employment contract renewal and follow up work on regular basis
• Participate in various surveys and market intelligence.  Compile regular reporting and payment handling.
• As a team player to participate in other C&B exercise and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor.

• Diploma holder or above with at least 1 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management. 
• Well-versed in HK Employment and related Ordinances.
• Conversant with PowerPoint and Excel’s VLOOKUP and Pivot table are essential. Proficiency in software tools and applications for data analysis preferred.
• Be a fast learner and results-driven team player with high level of efficiency and accuracy.
• Position appointed will be commensurable with the candidate’s level of experience.
