Our client, a top-tier law firm with global presence, is looking for a Learning and Development Manager, APAC to join their team.

 Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with stakeholders on developing training strategies, identifying area of improvement and finetuning training programs
• Deliver learning programs in both physical and virtual ways
• Manage learning budget according to learning needs and company objectives

 To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines
• Solid experience in a similar role in large-sized professional services firms, law firms or corporate environment; ideally with regional exposure
• Great facilitation skills with strong growth mindset for people
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
