Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support L&D projects across Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen
- Work actively with internal business units to identify business needs, design and deliver customized learning programs
- Source and liaise with external service providers with training needs
- Prepare learning materials including presentation slides, enrollment and evaluation forms, etc.
- Track learning progress and evaluate the effectiveness, provide insights to drive enhancement
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sizable company, experience in sales training delivery is preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
- Able to think out of the box, be well-organized and self-motivated
- Proficient in PC knowledge and basic graphic editing, know-how in MS365 application is preferred
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Specialist
