Reporting to the Transport Manager, the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• To handle day to day operations related enquiries
• Monitor and update delivery status
• Communicate with sales and delivery man for delivery arrangement & assist to smoothen delivery issues
• Follow up and reply enquiry from client and internal customer
• Cash, Cheque, Invoice and Credit Note handling with frontline operators
• Prepare non-delivery & Transport Team related reports
• Perform daily office administration and update staff attendance
• Update ISO22000 & HACCP document records
• Data collection and prepare relevant statistical reports for analysis.
• Assist in operation enhancement
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills, need to communicate to client and internal customer
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics field
• Good Command in MS Office
• Knowledge in using ERP system is a plus
• Familiar with roads traffic regulations and have basic knowledge in routing, trucks capacity an advantage
• Monday to Saturday on shift basis (5 days work per week)
• Shift Duty, 08:00 – 17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 (include 1 hour for lunch)
• Immediate available will be an advantage
