Job Description:
- Support the team in maintaining the ISO Management System standard, TAPA , RAR, RACSF and other company certificate, license and permit.
- Support to prepare IMS Newsletter, quality reports, all documentations to maintain system structure and procedures;
- Assist the team to update meeting schedule, internal audits plan and coordinate with other departments for the external audit schedule.
- Prepare the meeting minutes of the ISO & Compliance Meetings.
- Degree Holder
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
