Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle of frontline recruitment, including candidates sourcing, conducting interviews, making job offer and on-board arrangement.
- Prepare HR reports for management review on a regular basis.
- Monitor the frontline staff performance and prepare the materials for performance review.
- Prepare annual budget for recruitment plan, staff activities and etc.
- Prepare Power Point or other related materials for regular reporting.
- Draft the memo and staff communication message.
- Organize and conduct New Joiner Orientation and review the program structure regularly.
- Take an active role in organizing staff recreation activities and employee relations events.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, in which 4 years in frontline recruitment is essential; with experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry will be an advantage
- An energetic and well-organized team player, with positive thinking and good analytical mind
- Able to work independently with a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-oriented environment
- Good communication skills to all level people and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferable
