Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle of recruitment activities, including order hearing, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation and candidate management
• Handle candidates’ on / off-boarding issues or related payroll inquiries
• Act as an initial touchpoint between candidates and clients
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients
• Be responsible for pipeline management by providing appropriate business solutions

Requirement

• Associate degree or above
• At least 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
• Agency recruitment experience would be an advantage
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT
• Strong communication skills and people skills

Job offers

• 5-days work, Monday – Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
