Manage all HR and Admin duties
Personnel and labor management

Evaluation system management and operation
Management and training for Junior Staff
Requirements
Japanese (N2), English
Over 8 years of related experience
Few years of management experience
Knowledge of Hong Kong labor law and salary system
Experience at a company with more than 30 employees (Preferable)
Experience in evaluation system development, management, and operation(advantage)
