About the Company:

A tier-one US law firm is looking for a HR Assistant to join their HR Operations team. You will be handling the benefits administration duties, maintaining the HRIS system (PeopleSoft) and supporting the Senior Manager on operational matters when needed. The right candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in HR and HRIS system. Very attractive salary package and prime office in Central.

Job Duties:

• Support the benefits administration matters, including medical, life insurance and MPF enrollment for new joiners/ termination
• Update and manage the HRIS system (PeopleSoft) to ensure all new joiners and leavers data are recorded in the system
• Manage the leave records and year-end leave balance adjustment in the HR system
• Work with the US team on HR system data entries for partners in Asia (Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR and is interested in the HRIS field
• Have experience of using HRIS, not a must to be PeopleSoft
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Proactive, flexible, team player, willing to learn
