Job Description

People Advisory Services – Immigration Services – Manager

People Advisory Services (PAS) shapes and delivers the part of business strategy that depends on people. As a PAS professional, you will have the opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address some of their largest and most complex people-related challenges, and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. We focus on engagements that relate to performance, talent, systems, reward, mobility and analytics.

Supported by a highly integrated network of professionals, our teams provide support and advice on global immigration issues as well as obtaining the relevant permits and other documentation. We assist clients in business immigration compliance, business immigration advisory and global immigration co-ordination. The incumbent assists our internal and external clients in dealing with local immigration issues.

Job purpose

You will be responsible for the achievement of business growth by leading teams on various global immigration services engagements, coaching and mentoring experienced talents, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client’s portfolio to provide full range of global immigration services
  • Review the internal working protocol and help to enhance the process as necessary
  • Develop and establish good client relationships and actively seek for business service opportunity
  • Work closely with global team on all new initiatives to align our service offerings to the client’s agenda
  • Provide leading edge thinking and advice to clients
  • Ensure all work done in compliance with our policies and protocols
  • Participate in public seminar/ conference to enhance the branding
  • Develop, supervise and manage team members’ technical and consulting skills

 To qualify, you must meet the following requirements

  • University graduates with 8 years of hands-on global immigration experience for Manager, preferably from professional services firms and listed companies
  • Well-versed and experienced in all aspects of global immigration practice under Hong Kong immigration laws and regulations
  • Knowledge in employment authorization application process and related local requirement / practice in Hong Kong  
  • Strong ability to build client relationships and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
