• Lead day-to-day HR operation activities, including payroll, tax and benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, visa applications, etc, to ensure timely delivery for enhancing operational quality and efficiency
• Perform regular reviews on the existing operation processes/workflows for streamlining and driving work efficiency
• Partner with C&B team and Business Partners for the planning and execution of staff costs budgeting
• Maintain employee data across HR systems, capturing all status changes in an employee lifecycle and ensuring data entry has appropriate audit procedures to preserve data integrity
• Responsible for HRIS system implementation and enhancement project
• Support internal and external HR audit reviews
• Conduct analysis, prepare various types of reporting for management review

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR Operations, preferably in the insurance / banking Sector
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations; with knowledge in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority regulatory requirement & banking ordinance is preferred
• Good planning, analytical and organizing skills with high level of attention to details
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
