Job Duties:

• Being a role of team leader, the incumbent is required to ensure smooth operation by handling sales order, invoices and purchase creation.
• Coordinate with both internal and external business partners, e.g. liaising with outside warehouse for stock transfer arrangements, cooperate with production team on daily operational matters, internal company goods transfer etc.
• Provide quality services to customers including but not limited to place order and handle customer’s enquiry.
• Raw material ordering and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with logistic department for daily goods transfer.
• Coordinate with IT department for new product code creation.
• Coordinate with finance department for stock take arrangement.
• Preparing regular reports in professional manner.
• Provide administrative support and handle HR admin work.

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in office administration, preferably in food industry.
• Good team leader and self-motivated.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Good spoken and written of English and Chinese.
• Immediately available preferred.
