Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, C&B operations and projects, performance review, employee relations;
• Take an active role in organizing company activities and trainings;
• Assist in preparing annual budget for recruitment plan, staff activities etc.
• Prepare HR reports for management review on a regular basis;
• Liaise with internal & external parties for continuous HR digital transformation process;
• Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines;
• With at least 3-5 years of relevant HR generalist experience;
• Positive thinking, attentive to details, independent and good team-player;
• Familiar with MS Office;
• Basic knowledge with employment laws in Hong Kong;
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred.
